Service Plan Terms

OikoTeck Free
Service Plan Description
General
  • Posting to the Online Marketplace is free of charge.
Online Marketplace
  • The rental or sales listing is subject to a review process before being posted to the Online Marketplace. OikoTeck reserves the right to reject a listing if it violates its Terms and Conditions.
  • The listing can always be edited by the account holder through the Listings Dashboard.
  • Potential tenants or buyers can contact the property owner directly via the property owner's preferred method of communication.
Expiration, Renewal and Change of Membership
  • The listing's expiration date is one month after approval date for new submission or renewal requests.
  • Expired listings will remain in the marketplace page for another five months, but will not have a priority over other service plan listings until the listings get renewed.
  • Account holders have the option to renew the listing for another month upon expiration or upgrade to other OikoTeck Service plans at any time on the Listings Dashboard for an additional cost.
Cancellation
  • Account holders can cancel the OikoTeck Free Service Plan per listing at any time. Upon cancellation, OikoTeck will remove the listing from the Online Marketplace.
  • Account holders can reactivate the listing anytime in the Listings Dashboard after deletion or can permanently remove it from the Listings Dashboard.
OikoTeck Promote
Service Plan Description
General
  • Account holders are charged a one-time €10 renewable payment to feature their rental or sales listing for a month on the Online Marketplace.
Online Marketplace
  • OikoTeck Promote listings will be given search priority over OikoTeck Free listings in the Online Marketplace.
  • The listing is subject to a review process before being posted to the Online Marketplace. OikoTeck reserves the right to reject a listing if it violates its Terms and Conditions
  • The listing can always be edited by the account holder through the Listings Dashboard.
  • Potential tenants can contact the property owner directly via the property owner's preferred method of communication.
Expiration, Renewal and Change of Membership
  • The listing is active and featured for one month on the Online Marketplace.
  • Account holders have the option to renew the listing prior to or upon expiration on the Listings Dashboard and keep it featured for an additional month by executing another one-time payment.
  • Account holders can boost their active listings once per month, which resets their prioritization algorithm effective on the date of the boosting.
  • The membership can be downgraded to the OikoTeck Free Service Plan and lose the feature option.
Cancellation
  • Account holders can delete the OikoTeck Promote Service Plan at any time. Upon deletion, OikoTeck will remove the listing from the Online Marketplace and will downgrade the membership plan to OikoTeck Free. If a deletion takes place before the listing's expiration, OikoTeck will keep the entire initial fee paid and will not provide partial refunds.
  • Account holders can reactivate the listing anytime in the Listings Dashboard after deletion or can permanently remove it from the Listings Dashboard.
OikoTeck Promote +
Service Plan Description
General
  • OikoTeck Promote + service plan gives users the ability to promote listings dynamically by applying points on their dashboard. Each point is equivalent to two promote-days and can be used for either rental or sales listings.
  • The listings will be boosted periodically as long as the points application period is still valid. Users cannot apply simultaneous points towards more than 10 listings in the same area.
Online Marketplace
  • OikoTeck Promote + listings will be given search priority over OikoTeck Free and Promote listings in the Online Marketplace.
  • Points can be applied towards any Free membership plan listing that has been approved already. No additional review process is necessary.
  • Each point is equivalent to two promote-days, boosting the listing automatically every 48 hours.
  • The listing can always be edited by the account holder through the Listings Dashboard.
  • Potential tenants or buyers can contact the property owner directly via the property owner's preferred method of communication.
Expiration, Renewal and Change of Membership
  • The listing is active and featured for the assigned points duration on the Online Marketplace.
  • The listing will be automatically downgraded to OikoTeck Free membership plan upon the points duration expiration.
  • Points will expire after six months from purchasing date.
Cancellation
  • Account holders can cancel the OikoTeck Promote + Service Plan at any time. Upon cancellation, OikoTeck will remove the listing from the Online Marketplace and downgrade the listing to Free membership plan.
  • Upon cancellation, the listing's remaining points will be added back to the user’s dashboard. A penalty fee of one point will apply when the Promote+ service plan becomes active.
OikoTeck Gold
Service Plan Description
General
  • OikoTeck Gold service plan gives users the ability to promote listings dynamically by applying points on their dashboard. Each point is equivalent to one promote-day and can be used for either rental or sales listings.
  • The listings will be boosted periodically as long as the points application period is still valid. Users cannot apply simultaneous points towards more than 10 listings in the same area.
Online Marketplace
  • OikoTeck Gold listings will be given search priority over OikoTeck Free, Promote, and Promote+ listings in the Online Marketplace.
  • Points can be applied towards any Free membership plan listing that has been approved already. No additional review process is necessary.
  • Each point is equivalent to one promote-day, boosting the listing automatically every 24 hours.
  • The listing can always be edited by the account holder through the Listings Dashboard.
  • Potential tenants or buyers can contact the property owner directly via the property owner's preferred method of communication.

  • The listing is active and featured for the assigned points duration on the Online Marketplace.
  • The listing will be automatically downgraded to OikoTeck Free membership plan upon the points duration expiration.

OikoTeck Platinum
Service Plan Description
General
  • OikoTeck Platinum service plan gives users the ability to promote listings dynamically by applying points on their dashboard. Each point is equivalent to a third promote-day and can be used for either rental or sales listings.
  • The listings will be boosted periodically as long as the points application period is still valid. Users cannot apply simultaneous points towards more than 10 listings in the same area.
Online Marketplace
  • OikoTeck Platinum listings will be given search priority over OikoTeck Free, Promote, Promote+, and Gold listings in the Online Marketplace.
  • Points can be applied towards any Free membership plan listing that has been approved already. No additional review process is necessary.
  • Each point is equivalent to one promote-day, boosting the listing automatically every 8 hours.
  • The listing can always be edited by the account holder through the Listings Dashboard.
  • Potential tenants or buyers can contact the property owner directly via the property owner's preferred method of communication.

  • The listing is active and featured for the assigned points duration on the Online Marketplace.
  • The listing will be automatically downgraded to OikoTeck Free membership plan upon the points duration expiration.
